My district requires a quote before ordering. How can I get one?
Submit the Request a Quote form and we’ll get a quote to you within 24 hours. You may also call us at 949-230-1108 or email us at c21publishing@gmail.com with the following information: Name of school/contact, shipping address (including zip), title and quantity of workbooks and Instructor’s Guides needed. To help keep our programs affordable, c21 Publishing is a sole source provider of these resources.
How do I place an order with c21 Student Resources?
You may order your books through this website using our shopping cart and any major credit card. We also accept purchase orders. You may also download an Order Form and send by fax to (949) 209-1871 or email to c21publishing@gmail.com. You may also mail your purchase order to c21 Publishing at P.O. Box 8677, Newport Beach, CA 92658, or call us at 949-230-1108.
How soon after I place my order will my books ship?
We make every effort to ship orders within 24-48 hours. Larger orders, shipping via freight (see below), go out within 2-5 days of receipt. If your school is ordering for summer or fall, you may want to order 2-3 weeks ahead of your preferred delivery window as this is a busy time of year here.
How will my books ship?
We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, which means that orders ship via USPS Media Mail. This is a cost-effective way to ship books, but it can take 7-10 days for delivery — but it’s usually less. Your order may ship in multiple boxes, which may not all arrive on the same day. Be patient, the U.S. Postal Media Mail is pretty reliable — it’ll get there. If your entire order has not arrived within 10 days, call us.
What if I need my books sooner?
If you need your books sooner, we are happy to accommodate requests to ship via Priority Mail or FedEx. Just call us at 949-230-1108 for the additional cost.
What if my school’s order is large — 300 books or more?
For up to about 300 books, USPS Media Mail is the most cost-effective method of shipping. For 300+ book orders, freight may be the way to go, so call or email us before placing your order and we’ll check out the best options.
What is c21 Publishing’s return policy?
Books may be returned within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. Materials must be in unused and reshelvable condition. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
